Market StallThere are 2 market precinct's - "Vendor Valley" and "The Well Nest".
Vendor Valley is a street style precinct with a bustling atmosphere located near the main arena with perfect views of the main stage and accompanied by other funky stalls selling food, drinks, hand made clothing and artisanal creations. The Well Nest is a quieter place to host your nourishing / nurturing space: whether it be massage | kinetic or light energy treatments | counselling or some other modality - the traffic here is slower, calmer, intent and looking for your guidance. |
PerformerWe are looking for performers; flow arts | stilt walkers | aerialists | comedians | magicians | dancers or dance troupes - to come to the gathering and interact with the audience to help build atmosphere and togetherness.
You are high vibe creators and we adore you. |
MediaCalling all professional and amateur sharpshooters - working with photography and videography - to apply for a media pass.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Harvestival over the past few years has slowly been implanting and implementing a non disposable waste system - accompanied with the High Valley Dawn's closed loop system, this equates to 90% less waste than your normal gathering.
As such we require all stall holders to adapt and follow our practices. This means using washable or at the very least biodegradable serving utensils (plates, bowls, cutlery). We have a large collection of plates, bowls mugs and cutlery and several wash stations located around the arena - with some of our amazing volunteers helping to keep these stations clean and operational. We encourage the participants to clean up after themselves and return the utensils to their the place they received them from. We also encourage stall holders to head to your local opportunity shop and stock up on some of your most popular used items. for instance if you are a coffee shop - please go and collect some more mugs to add to the system. Alternatively- you may use biodegradable utensils. however, they must be fully certifiably compostable and absolutely NOT end up in our general waste or recycling bins. All stall holders are responsible for the proper disposal of all waste generated by their stalls.
All Food & Beverage stall holders MUST have their own sullage / grey water pump and hose to deposit their grey water in the holding tanks. This hose most be at least 15m long.
